By order of the Mexican government, it is mandatory to provide the following information for hot air balloon rides: full name, weight, and medical conditions. Please also note that if you weigh more than 100 kilos, each additional kilo will have an additional charge. The maximum weight allowed per person in the balloon is 150 kg. Please, check the different descripitons and inclusions of each option, as they do not have the same itinerary. For the option without transport, clients must go directly to the Balloon's Paradise Vuelos en globo aerostático(San Martín de las Pirámides, Estado de México, 55850 Teotihuacan, Manzana 001, 55800 CDMX, Méx., Mexico) Clients choosing the Balloon + Teotihuacan and Basilica of Guadalupe guided will be dropped off at the same meeting location, although they can stay at the Basilica if they wish to, and return whenever they want on their own. Flight duration may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. The itinerary is subject to small changes.

In the bus was freezingly cold. It was written to arrive 10 minutes earlier before but the guide showed up late and we had to wait for him. It was supposed to be a sunrise experience but we took of at 8:00 even though we arrived at 6:00 at the parking where the balloons take off. The ride itself was ok but we were too many people in one ballon and there wasn’t space to move at all. The breakfast buffet was ok but still freezingly cold without any heaters or something else provided. If you want to do the balloon ride, go for the cheapest option otherwise it’s not worth the money.
